At Greatmeet, we are dedicated to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information on shipping fees, timelines, and carrier networks.

1. Shipping Costs & Coverage

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders storewide within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington D.C.).

Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. A physical street address must be provided at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is confirmed.

3. Shipping Regions

All products are shipped from our domestic US-based warehouses located in Houston, Los Angeles, and New Jersey. Delivery is available only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C.

4. Delivery Timeline

After processing, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days in total, depending on your location and the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Please note that unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or carrier delays may impact delivery timelines. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.

5. Pre-Order Shipping Times

For pre-order items, delivery times may vary. Please refer to the specific pre-order shipping timeline indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

6. Package Damage or Non-Delivery

We take extensive care to ensure all products are securely packaged.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email us at order@greatmeetcabinet.com within 7 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, contact details, and clear photos of the damage (both the product and the packaging). Please keep all packaging materials until your claim is resolved.
  • Non-Delivery: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly for assistance.

7. Order Cancellations and Return Shipping Costs

  • Unshipped Orders: If you need to cancel your order and it has not yet shipped, you may do so free of charge.
  • Shipped Orders: For orders that have already shipped, cancellation requests can still be made; however, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees associated with returning the item to our warehouse.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. After shipping, a follow-up email will provide the carrier tracking details. You can track your package in real-time on the carrier’s official website or through our store's "Order Tracking" page.

9. Customs Duties

All products are shipped from our domestic US warehouses with US Customs Duties already paid. There are no additional tariffs or hidden fees on your purchase within the United States.
