I bought this as a regular customer (not incentivized), and after reading both positive and negative reviews, I think the truth is somewhere in the middle.

First, the quality is excellent. The metal panels are thick and sturdy, not flimsy at all like some reviews suggest. Once assembled, it looks sleek, modern, and feels very durable. The design is also well thought out for a narrow entryway.

The instructions are clear, and all parts were included. However, the assembly is definitely challenging. Some steps—like attaching the side panels, assembling the drawers, and mounting—are difficult to do alone.

I strongly recommend having 2 people. Trying to assemble this solo would be frustrating and likely why some reviewers had a bad experience.

Once built, it’s absolutely worth it and exceeded my expectations.

Over all it’s a good shoe rack. It was easy to install. My only suggestion would be to use larger and more robust wall anchors. The rack itself is on the heavier side due to the materials used. It’s very sturdy and the seam gaps are precise. It’s very clean looking and holds more than enough for 2 people, including men’s size 11.5 Hokas.

I give this product 5 Stars, but I do have a small issue, but not something that would bump it down to 4. I don’t write many reviews, but there are a lot of mixed opinions on this particular piece so I’ll share.

I’m an adult male that can get easily frustrated with product like this. lol BUT, I had no such issue with the cabinet. I first checked that all pieces were present in the neatly packed box. Once everything was accounted for, I looked through the instructions once or twice. Took my time to ensure I was doing the steps properly and honestly, it’s a pretty easy build, even just me doing it. Nothing seemed overly difficult.

I can see why some people might say the material is thin as some pieces are on the thinner side, particularly parts of the actually drawer that holds the shoes. Other than that, pretty sturdy.

I knew the install would be my possible undoing on this project. Fortunately, I thought through it and decided to use books to level the cabinet. Since I was doing two side by side, I simply repeated this on the second one. Once I installed the first one (right) I taped the second one (left) to the first one while having the books underneath the uninstalled cabinet. Made my marks, took the cabinet off the books, drilled my holes, inserted the anchors, put the cabinet back on the books, matched up great, held it tight to the first cabinet and screwed it to the wall. For the most part, no problem.

I would say the value is definitely there for the price. The color is spot on for both. I ordered extra .5” circular magnets that had tape on one side so any doors that were connecting with the not so great magnets provided, they get pulled in nice and tight.

Overall for the money it’s serves it purpose well. Worst thing is how many pieces it came in- wasn’t the easiest assembly, but doable. Overall a nice product for a affordable price though.

Looks great, easy to assemble, lightweight to hang, holds three pairs of men’s size 11 sneakers/shoes, great price, metal design is minimal and modern (kind of looks like a filing cabinet which is fine with us), recommended. Does not look cheap.
